My visual arts practice explores our interconnectivity and interaction with the natural world. The aim has been to create spaces for pausing that allow participants to reset and work with nature. I am interested in ecology and the positive effect that being in nature can have on our mental health.

My current work mirrors the continuous flux and the transition of the seasons experienced in nature. During the making, I give time to noticing the small things and become present within my surroundings. These personal connections have led me to work closely with tree-planting organisations and carry out workshops at Westonbirt Arboretum. 

Exhibited here are some of the ideas and processes that I have been exploring over the last five years. They are not completed works, and maybe they never will be.

The work is an ongoing conversation. I welcome you to share your thoughts on the artworks, be it an emotional response, a question to explore, a suggested artist to collaborate with or a cause or group to connect with. I also invite you to engage with 'Unseen Landscapes', to pause to observe and to make a mark in response to nature.
