#love44ADThis project started in 2017. It documents the creative life and changing studio artists at 44ad Artspace. Robert Luzar Through the window of my studio at 44AD I hear many – often delightful – sounds: of people, songs, the bells of Bath Abbey, all sounds that colour everything I create in the studio, and most of all, I enjoy giving back to audiences in Bath and beyond. Dragomir Misina For my art practice, it is crucial to be part of an inspiring environment. 44AD provides that atmosphere, which would be very difficult to replace. Katie O'Brien #love44AD Jess Pigott I left my London studio because it became unaffordable, and since moving to 44AD, I have found the support of a growing creative community and a place to work in a city I love. Elaine Breen 44AD provides a fantastic Arts Centre for a city that otherwise does not have one. It is a wonderful self-funding space, built from nothing by Katie, meeting the needs of the artistic community and far beyond. Broose 44AD is my creative sanctuary. Angie Kinnear 44AD is for me, a creative oasis with a vibrant, supportive community which stimulates and inspires me as a painter. Sveta Antonova 44AD, it unites everything I value in my life. Anna Kot Having a studio at 44AD, and being involved in numerous activities and exhibitions there, has allowed me to continue exploring my art practice and my skills and pleasure in collaborative projects and ventures. Donna Marie Scrase Anna Robson Beryl Desmond For me, 44AD is a valuable cultural hub in the centre of Bath, providing studio artists and the whole community with an exciting and unique opportunity to create, exhibit and experience the contemporary art scene. Lucy Rolfe The stimulating, supportive, creative and friendly environment at 44AD has helped and encouraged me on my way to returning to the world of art. As an emerging / part-time artist, this has been crucial and much appreciated! Jenny Cowderoy Paul Hollin Max Painter and 44AD website creator. Bel Cooper 44AD Artist and landscape garden designer Lydia Halcrow Alex Jones The inspiration for my paintings comes from the natural landscape.
